 The State level Convention on Agriculture and WTO, as planned in the 23rd October meeting in Pune, will be organised by Kheti Bachao- Desh Bachao Andolan (Maharashtra) on 4th December (Sunday) 2005 (from 1 pm to 5 pm) at the Shri Shivaji Maratha High School, Shivaji Road, Swargatejawal, Pune – 411002. 

The key speakers at the Convention include – Shri Mehboob Zahidi (Member of Parliament, CPIM); Shri SP Shukla (Former Indian Ambassador to GATT and Convenor- WTO Wirodhi Bhartiya Jan Abhiyan); Shri Dr. Sunilam (Kisan Sangharsh Samiti, Madhya Pradesh); Shri Sharad Patil (Janta Dal, Maharashtra); Shri Jiva Pandu Gaawit (CPIM, Maharashtra); Shri Subhash Kakuste (Lal Nishan, Leninist); Com.
