Joel Rocamora dreads the return of Marcos and Erap cohorts to government that an FPJ win would facilitate. Carlito Anonuevo et al o­n the other hand says " if Rocamora is alarmed that FPJ's victory would result in national disaster and destabilization, we are appaled by the damage that GMA is inflicting o­n our institutions. The former is a possibility, but the latter is already happening:. " Interesting discussion. I'm sure re-joinders, arguments and counter-arguments are forthcoming.A revised and abridged version of Joel Rocamora's piece came out in the opinion section of the Philippine Daily Inquirer with  the title " Can FPJ translate reel into real"?  last 22 February 2004.  The article by Anonuevo, Buencamino, Estrada-Claudio, Lim, Malaluan, and Sta Ana came out in This Week section of BusinessWorld o­n 08 March 2004.
